Francesca Lau is an experienced merchandising professional with a strong background in retail and business development. Currently serving as Merchandising Manager at Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited since July 2017, Francesca has been instrumental in managing a diverse range of products under the J SELECT brand. Previous roles include Assistant Business Manager at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, focusing on overseas markets, and Purchase Manager at Jinnex Limited, where Francesca developed an online platform for skincare and cosmetic products. Notable earlier positions also include Assistant Business Development Manager at TM International Trading Ltd., managing the Rebecca BonBon brand, and Brand Executive at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, overseeing a large portfolio of skincare and cosmetic brands. Francesca holds a BBA (Hons) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
