Paul Patterson is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as a Technical Team Leader at JEA since November 2004, where responsibilities include planning, installing, administering, maintaining, and monitoring servers and network equipment while providing expert solutions for a 24/7 operating environment. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Network Support Manager at St. Vincent’s Health System from November 2000 to November 2004, overseeing the support and implementation of PC computing requirements. Additionally, Paul served as a Senior Network Analyst at Baptist Medical Center from November 1996 to November 2000, managing network file servers and resolving hardware and software issues. Paul earned a degree from the University of North Florida.
