Julie Moore, CFE CIA CGAP, has extensive experience in audit and investigations, currently serving as Manager of Forensic Audit & Investigations at JEA since December 2014, following a role as Senior Ethics Auditor. Prior to this, Julie worked as an Internal Auditor at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office from December 2010 to November 2014 and held the position of Audit Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 2001 to January 2011. Julie's background in auditing is complemented by earlier experience as a Payroll Accountant for the Florida Medical Association, where responsibilities included processing payroll and maintaining personnel files. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration, completed in 1999.
