Daniela Labi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, digital storytelling, and performance arts. Currently serving as a VOC Specialist at Cash App since November 2020, Daniela has also worked as an Actor at JE Talent since February 2018. Previous roles include Digital Storytelling Workshop Facilitator at StoryCenter and Production Manager at Let It Ripple: Mobile Films for Global Change, both held from December 2018 to March 2020. Earlier career experience includes multiple positions at Lyft from December 2013 to April 2017, ranging from Support Associate to Product Specialist.
