Elva Vasquez is an experienced professional in the field of construction, having worked as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager in the Masonry Division at J&E Companies since July 2019. Prior to that, Elva held roles as an Assistant Project Engineer and Contract Administrator at Fenimore-Blythe, Ltd. Elva also has a background in aviation mechanics, having served in the US Navy from June 2003 to June 2006. Elva earned an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Tarrant County College in 2009.
