Neil Dixon is an experienced Production Engineer at JDR Cable Systems, having held this position since August 2015. Previously, Neil served as Continuous Improvement Manager at Wilton Engineering for a brief period and was a Continuous Improvement Facilitator at JDR Cable Systems from June 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included championing the Continuous Improvement ethic and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Production Team Leader at Duco from February 2002 to May 2009 and as a Production Operator at Nissan Motor Company from January 1999 to 2002, focusing on various production processes in the automotive industry.
