Ryan Rogers, MBA, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Most recently, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at JDH since December 2022, overseeing all HR functions. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at JDH from March 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining JDH, Ryan worked as an Adjunct Professor at Midland University starting in October 2018.

From February 2014 to March 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Gavilon Group, LLC. In this role, they managed HR operations for over 1,800 employees across various locations and led projects in areas such as performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. From May 2008 to February 2014, Ryan worked as a Human Resource Generalist and Safety Representative at Lozier Corporation. And from May 2007 to March 2008, they served as a Human Resource Intern at Musco Lighting.

Ryan Rogers, MBA, PHR completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from Midland University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and another Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hastings College, although specific dates were not provided.
