Yihuan Su has a diverse work experience in data analysis and quantitative analysis. They are currently working as a Lead Data Scientist at J.D. Power starting in August 2022. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions at Nationstar Mortgage, including Senior Principal Quantitative Analyst, Principal Quantitative Analyst, and Senior Quantitative Analyst. In these roles, they built predictive models to forecast events in the mortgage industry, analyzed correlations between macroeconomic variables and portfolio performance, and provided analysis for strategic decision-making. Yihuan Su also has experience as an Analyst Intern at The Greysteel Company, where they conducted commercial real estate market research and analysis.

Yihuan Su obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Natural Language Processing Nanodegree from Udacity in 2018. Yihuan Su also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including a Deep Learning Specialization, Introduction to Data Science in Python, and Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera in 2018. Yihuan also holds the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 certifications from SAS, earned in 2014.
