Scott Toth

Research Manager at J.D. Power

Scott Toth has a wide range of experience in market research, starting in 2008 with RDA Group. Scott worked as a Research Analyst I, where they gained exposure to various aspects of quantitative market research analysis. During this time, they developed skills in report and proposal development, tab/data page generation, and basic project management. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Research Analyst II, specializing in ad hoc quantitative market research analysis. Scott assisted in proposal development, project management/coordination, and tab/data page generation. In 2010, they were promoted to Project Manager, where they continued to develop skills in market research methodologies and analysis. In 2012, they became a Project Director at RDA Group, one of the top fifty largest market research and consulting firms globally. In this role, they managed various market research projects, including ad hoc brand opinion studies, vehicle quality clinics, and product attribute definition studies. Scott was responsible for proposal writing, pricing strategies, managing project financials, designing questionnaires, overseeing data collection, and developing reports. Additionally, they consistently exceeded financial targets and specialized in customized online surveys with deep dive analytical reporting. In 2015, they joined eshots, Inc. as an Account Manager, and in 2017, they joined J.D. Power as a Research Manager.

Scott Toth attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2011, they enrolled at The University of Georgia and completed a Principles of Marketing Research Certification in 2012, further specializing in Marketing Research.
