Jeanie Naysmith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeanie started their career as a Store Manager at Longs Drugs in 1986 and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they joined Straight Up Ventura County as a Project Manager and held the position until 2008. During this time, they also pursued a Masters degree at Claremont Graduate University from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they became an Evaluation Specialist at Westside Children's Center and remained in the role until 2011. In 2012, they joined J.D. Power and Associates as a Research Associate and later became a Research Supervisor in 2015, working until 2016. Jeanie's work experience showcases their ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities in different industries.

Jeanie Naysmith has a comprehensive education history, including degrees from several institutions. Jeanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Ventura College, where they studied from 1986 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, completing their studies between 2006 and 2008. Subsequently, Jeanie attended Claremont Graduate University and obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies/Evaluation from 2008 to 2010. Throughout their education, Jeanie has focused on psychology and organizational behavior, developing a strong background in these fields. Additionally, they undertook further studies at Claremont Graduate University and California State University, Channel Islands, earning additional degrees as a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts, respectively.
