Eric Berg has extensive experience in the customer contact and call center industry. Eric is currently the CEO of ContactCenterPro Consulting, a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Operations Consultant WFH for J.D. Power starting in May 2020.
Eric co-founded All-Calls Call Center Outsourcing in January 2015 and served as President until October 2017 when the company was sold. During their time at All-Calls, they developed a unique business model that focused on providing exceptional customer experiences through the recruitment and selection of highly educated and accent-neutral American agents.
Before All-Calls, Eric held various positions in the industry. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Customer Contact Division at Doherty Customer Contact Solutions & Doherty At Home. Eric also served as the Vice-President of Customer Elation from 2010 to 2012.
Eric's career started at Masterson where they worked as the Director of Business Solutions from July 1995 to March 2010.
In addition to their work experience, Eric is also a co-founder and treasurer of the Midwest Contact Center Association since 2010.
Eric Berg attended Robbinsdale Cooper Senior High School from 1984 to 1987. Eric then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at St. Cloud State University from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Eric obtained a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in January 2000.
