Brendan Sherman has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Brendan began their career as a Marketing Assistant at United American Payroll in 2008, and then later moved up to the role of Marketing Manager in 2011 where they managed the telemarketing department and coordinated logistics for the sales team. In 2013, Brendan joined Gongos Research as a Project Coordinator, where they assisted project managers in quantitative client projects and also conducted and assisted in qualitative research studies. Brendan continued to work at Gongos and became a Senior Research Coordinator in 2015, responsible for managing quantitative and qualitative research projects for Fortune 500 companies in various industries. In 2017, Brendan joined J.D. Power, where they initially served as a Research Supervisor and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager in June 2021.

From 2008 to 2013, Brendan Sherman attended Central Michigan University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Their area of focus was on Marketing and Logistics Management.
