Allison LaDuc has extensive work experience in the field of research, primarily in the automotive industry. Allison started their career at J.D. Power in 1998 as a Research Associate and progressively moved up the ranks with roles such as Research Specialist, Research Supervisor, and Research Manager. During their time at J.D. Power, they gained valuable experience and expertise in research methodologies and data analysis. In 2006, Allison joined JD Power and Associates as a Senior Research Manager, responsible for managing research projects and teams. In 2010, they were promoted to the position of Research Director, where they continued to lead and oversee research initiatives. Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated their ability to excel in research-related roles and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Allison LaDuc attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1994 to 1998. Allison pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, focusing on this field of study during their time at the university.
