Maria Elisa Marcano Parra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maria Elisa started their career in 2003 as an Analyst of Importations at SGS Trade Assurance Services, where they analyzed importations for companies in the oil, aluminum, and chemical industries, focusing on customs valuation, tariff classification, quality standards, and international purchasing terms.

In 2005, Maria worked as an In-House for Sincrudos de Oriente SINCOR at Exposiciones y Transportes Expotransa.

From 2006 to 2007, Maria served as a Logistics Analyst at Honeywell, where they coordinated the dispatch of goods from suppliers abroad to Venezuela, managed the nationalization process of goods, and obtained the necessary import permits.

Maria Elisa then joined PDVSA Petrocedeño S.A. in 2007 as a Coordinator of Traffic & Customs, where they supervised personnel and coordinated all logistics and customs activities related to the importation of materials, equipment, and supplies purchased abroad. Maria Elisa ensured compliance with Venezuelan regulations and international trade standards. Maria continued working at PDVSA Petrocedeño S.A. as a Supervisor of International Logistics and Customs from 2010 to 2015, where they had an additional responsibility of being the focal point for import and export procedures and permits.

In 2010, they briefly worked at DHL Global Forwarding Venezuela, C.A. as an In-Plant Schlumberger.

Maria's most recent role is as a Pricing Coordinator at J&D Oilfield International since 2015, a position they still hold. Maria Elisa'sresponsibilities include managing information on fuel consumption and projections with national and international fuel suppliers, as well as determining fuel prices according to Platts indicators. Maria Elisa covers various regions, including South America, North America, Central America, Asia, and Europe.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated strong coordination, analytical, and management skills in the areas of logistics, customs, and international trade.
