Adrian Hornby is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and energy management. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at JD Norman Industries Lydney Ltd since July 2015, Adrian previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Versarien Technologies Ltd from May 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, Adrian was an Electrical & Energy Management Engineer at JD Norman Lydney Ltd from June 2013 to April 2014, and at Federal-Mogul from 1991 to 2013, developing expertise in energy efficiency and electrical engineering throughout a significant career in various engineering roles.
