Lance Holmes is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the electrical industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for JD Martin Company since February 2021, overseeing sales and marketing in the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Previously, Lance held the position of Head of Sales at FRM, Inc., directing C&I sales in the Carolinas and Virginia, and served as Vice President of Sales Operations at Siemens, responsible for key sales initiatives within a $140M organization. Additionally, Lance has held various roles at ABB, including Sales Director and Marketing Director, and spent over a decade at Hilti Group, where accomplishments included restructuring underperforming sales units and overseeing training for leadership development. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in Business and Marketing from Webster University.
