Judith Levey is an accomplished leader in community development and public policy, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs since 2009, after previously holding the role of Director of Programs and Community Development. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Community Outreach at the Urban Land Institute from 2007 to 2009 and as Executive Director of the Homeless & Housing Coalition of Kentucky from 2001 to 2007. Judith Levey also worked as the Director of Emergency Assistance Programs at the Community Action Council from 1999 to 2001 and as the Director of Medicaid Fair Hearings at the NYC Human Resources Administration from 1996 to 1999. Judith Levey holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Near East Studies from the University of Michigan.
