Tom Kleizen serves as the CEO of Concreto Group, a company specializing in human capital and driving progress for clients across various industries since July 2024. As a partner and co-founder of Ventiv Engineers B.V. since July 2018, Tom Kleizen leads a team of technical professionals in turning innovative ideas into reality. Additionally, Tom Kleizen has held a partner position at Siebert & Wassink since May 2017, focusing on enhancing organizations with talent through passion and professionalism. In 2018, Tom Kleizen also became a partner at SWK vastgoed en ontwikkeling, which develops and leases high-quality office spaces in Eastern Netherlands. As a member of JCI The Netherlands since March 2015 and holding various leadership roles at Wepro Ingenieursbureau from April 2010 to May 2017, Tom Kleizen has extensive experience in commercial and operational management. Academic credentials include a post-HBO in Project Management from Avans+, an Ingenieur degree in Technical Business Administration from Saxion University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from ROC Twente.
