Ulf Gillberg has an extensive background in corporate finance, M&A, and investments. Currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at JCE Group AB, Ulf is responsible for managing the company's listed holdings, US timberland portfolio, and South American operations. Prior to that, Ulf held positions at Volvo as Director of Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A and capital structure, and at KPMG Corporate Finance and SEB Enskilda, where Ulf gained experience in private M&A, valuations, and various corporate finance projects.
