Kenneth Wong began their work experience in 2002 as a Senior Project Executive at Zenith Events, where they worked until 2006. Kenneth then joined JCDecaux as a Sales Executive from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they became a Sales Manager at MSM Ltd from 2007 to 2010. Kenneth then returned to JCDecaux as a Senior Account Manager from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they transitioned to the role of Sales Director at JCDecaux in 2015.

Kenneth Wong graduated from The University of Auckland in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2020, they obtained certification in Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk's Edge Academy.
