Isabelle Schlumberger began their work experience in 1984 at Havas, where they worked in the Audit & Finance department until 1990. Isabelle then joined Avenir Havas Media as Deputy CFO from 1990 to 1994. From 1994 to 1998, they held the position of CFO at United Communications. In 1998, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Sky Sites until 2000. Isabelle then joined JCDecaux, starting as CEO of the Airport Division from 2000 to 2006. From 2006 to 2016, they served as EVP Sales & Development at JCDecaux, and since 2017, they have been in the role of EVP Sales, Marketing, and Development at the same company.

Isabelle Schlumberger completed their education with a focus on finance and financial analysis. Isabelle obtained a Diplôme Eco-Fi from Sciences Po in 1983, followed by a DESS degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1984. In 1986, they attended the SFAF to further enhance their skills in Financial Analysis.
