Aneesh Kumar is an experienced professional with a robust career in credit and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at JCBL since July 2023. Prior to this, Aneesh held the role of Head of Credit at Deem Finance from March 2009 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing customer onboarding through a digitized model, managing credit exposures within risk limits, conducting financial analysis to determine credit-worthiness, and driving operational risk controls. Aneesh also contributed to the credit committee and implemented automated underwriting processes that significantly improved efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles as Credit Manager at Al-Futtaim and Citi, focusing on developing credit quality reports, leading audits, and training teams on credit standards. Aneesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kerala.
