Mark Richards has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Mark started their career at Dudley Designs & Technical Services as a volunteer, where they gained valuable skills in customer service and communication. Mark then worked as a Park Ranger at Lichfield District Council, where they honed their physical abilities and communication skills while interacting with the public. Mark also had a year placement at JCB as an Undergraduate Engineer, where they contributed significantly to various engineering roles. Mark later joined Coventry University as a Student Advocate & EC Futures Representative, promoting the university and delivering presentations to prospective students and parents. Mark returned to JCB and held positions as a Design Engineer, Special Project Engineer, Application Engineer External Engines, Project Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer. In their most recent role at JCB, they served as a Senior Engineer - Propulsion Systems, overseeing the integration of propulsion systems within JCB machines. Currently, Mark is working as a Principal Engineer at JCB.
