Tom Absalom serves as the Managing Director of JCA Engineering since April 2006, overseeing all business aspects and ensuring alignment with the performance against the business plan, with a specialization in critical mechanical systems for data centers and laboratories. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Regional Manager at Denco from September 1990 to March 2006, where responsibilities included critical cooling systems design, application, sales team management, and project delivery, alongside completing a four-year EITB apprenticeship at Denco HQ. Tom Absalom holds an MBA with a focus on Financial & Business Strategy, as well as a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Data Centre Engineering.
