Walter Alfaro, PMP®, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing commercial and R&D projects focused on high-speed automated food processing equipment at JC Ford Company since 2021. Previously, Walter spent nearly two decades at IMI CCI, where responsibilities included leading international cross-functional teams to deliver custom process control equipment projects for the power generation and oil & gas sectors, achieving on-time and on-budget delivery in compliance with customer quality specifications. Walter has also held various leadership roles in sales engineering, overseeing teams and driving strategies to meet revenue goals across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
