Alexia McCabe is an accomplished Talent Manager at JBS USA, with a diverse background in talent development and university recruiting since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Facility Supervisor and Special Event Leader at Chilson Recreation Center, and as a Student Manager at Colorado State University, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and training new employees. Alexia also held the position of Customer Service Associate at the Colorado State University Bookstore, demonstrating strong customer service skills and cash management abilities. As the Vice President of Phi Mu Fraternity, leadership capabilities were further enhanced. Alexia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
