Mathew Paiva is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. since November 2022, focusing on job board recruiting across the Twin Cities region. Previously, Mathew held various roles including Human Resources Assistant at USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Transition Assistant Advisor at Central Research, Inc., Background Coordinator at Minnesota Department of Public Safety, and Personnel Specialist at California Department of Public Health. Mathew's career in human resources began with service in the US Army as a Human Resources Manager and earlier as a Military Police Officer in the US Navy. Mathew earned a Bachelor of Science in Security Management from Ashworth College and studied Computer Science at American River College from 2015 to 2017.
