Manohar Sharma is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Unit HR at JBM Group since February 2022, Manohar has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at HPL Electric & Power Ltd from December 2006 to January 2022. Manohar's career began as an Assistant Officer-HR at Maxima Watches from October 2001 to January 2006, progressing to Officer HR at IndoAsian for a brief period in 2006. Manohar holds an M.A. in Public Administration along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from HP University Shimla.
