Heather Johnson has extensive experience in technology and sales, currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Enterprise Systems Manager at JB&A Distribution since February 2019, after previously holding the role of Sales Administration Analyst. Prior to this, Heather worked at Quantum from February 2016 to September 2018 as a Customer Sales Associate, where responsibilities included providing technical support and data insights to sales teams, as well as fostering relationships with various stakeholders across different territories. Heather also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Small Business Technology Academy and Johnsonium Web Solutions, focusing on technology training and website design. Additional roles include co-organizing events for Tech It Easy With WordPress and contributing as a speaker at WordCamp Seattle. Heather's educational background includes a Nanodegree in Business Analytics from Udacity and a Master of Theology from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
