From 2005 to 2011, Isabel Botella studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earning a degree in Farmacia.

Isabel Botella pursued further education in 2014, obtaining a degree in Máster I+D del Medicamento from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
