Ayodele Ajani is an experienced engineering professional with a background in chemical and process engineering. Currently serving as Process Development Engineering Manager at GW Pharmaceuticals plc since July 2017, Ayodele has held roles including Senior Chemical Process Engineer and Technical Support Group Officer, focusing on qualification and validation projects within the Biological Drug Substance Department. Prior experience includes a position as Process Engineer at Croda, where responsibilities involved the design, installation, and commissioning of pumps and heat exchangers. Additional experience was gained at Prochem Engineering and Lidl Ireland, where Ayodele developed skills in project engineering, customer relations, and operational management. Ayodele earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering from University College Dublin in 2010, following a Leaving Cert from Moyle Park College Clondalkin.
