Alexandra Bacu is an experienced supply chain and operations leader with a strong background in managing logistics, procurement, and production processes. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd since August 2022, Alexandra oversees supply chain functions to optimize costs, improve service levels, and ensure timely material delivery. Previously, as GM of Supply Chain & Operations at Davey Water Products, Alexandra revised inventory policies leading to significant stock increases. In earlier roles at LivaNova, Orchid Furniture, and Chassis Brakes International, Alexandra implemented lean manufacturing principles, revamped procurement processes, and ensured efficient production management. Alexandra's extensive career began at Honeywell, where roles included Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Project Manager, further solidifying expertise in advanced manufacturing and engineering processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Robots, Mechatronics, and Manufacturing Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
