An Indonesian citizen, born on January 4, 1963, in Medan. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1987) and a Master in Management from the Prasetya Mulya School of Management in 2002.
He started his career at PT Jaya Construction Manggala Pratama Tbk as a Technical Bureau Staff in 1989, Project Head, Head of the Operations Division until becoming Deputy Director for the Marketing and Operations Division. Currently serving as Director since 2005.
