Lisa Fisher serves as the Chief Quality Officer at Jay Nolan Community Services and previously held the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance. Prior to this, Lisa was the Program Director for Employment Services at The Arc of Ventura County. Lisa Fisher holds a degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
