Martha has extensive experience in healthcare administration, serving as the COO at Java Medical Group and the CEO at Unity Medical Center and United Regional Medical Center. Martha has successfully overseen the operations of hospitals and rural health clinics, implemented strategic initiatives, recruited physicians, and managed budgets. Martha has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
