Shamara Wanniarachchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Country Head and Senior General Manager at JAT Holdings PLC since March 2019, Shamara has successfully achieved top-line budget targets while managing costs and operational efficiencies. Previous roles include General Manager of Manufacturing at Eminent Feats, where notable achievements included a 90% on-time delivery rate and a strategic focus on overall factory operations. Shamara also held the position of Head of Manufacturing at Singer Sri Lanka PLC, where significant contributions included increasing production in the 'Kitchen Cupboard' category by 300% and initiating the Corporate Furniture Division. Shamara holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
