Md. Abdur Razzak Hossain Shikder is a Six Sigma Level-1 Certified professional with extensive experience in the paint and chemical industries. Currently serving as Production Manager at JAT Holdings PLC since April 2023, responsibilities include overseeing various polyurethane coatings and wood stains. Prior to this role, at Rainbow Paints from January 2020 to April 2023, Md. Abdur Razzak managed production, R&D, and quality control for emulsion and alkyd resin plants. Between January 2013 and December 2019, as Deputy Manager at Pailac Paints & Chemical Company, significant achievements included the establishment and operation of multiple emulsion and alkyd resin plants. Additional experience includes positions at Meghna Group of Industries and Beximco Textile Limited. Md. Abdur Razzak holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers Bangladesh, a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute, and an SSC in Science from Velayet Hossain High School.
