Joe Carr is an experienced operations professional with a solid background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Area Director of Operations at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since October 2022, Joe has previously held the position of Managing Partner at Kickback Jack's Restaurants from October 2019 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Manager and Training General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from September 2007 to October 2019. Joe's educational foundation includes studies at Central Virginia Community College from September 2000 to April 2002.
