Erin Todd serves as the Sr. Director of Digital CX at Zaxby's Franchising LLC, with extensive experience in digital consumer experience and brand marketing accumulated since September 2014 across various senior roles. Prior to Zaxby's, Erin held the position of Director of Marketing & PR at EvoShield, where impressive annual revenue growth of over 120% was achieved for four consecutive years through an integrated marketing strategy, alongside managing a multi-million dollar budget. Earlier roles include Marketing Consultant at Digital College Network, Special Events Coordinator at Barnsley Gardens Resort, and Marketing Research Assistant at Berry College. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Berry College.
