Bert Lane serves as the Vice President of Development at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in franchise development and operations. Previously, Bert held senior leadership roles at Inspire Brands from April 2018 to August 2024, including Senior Director of Franchise Development and Sr Director of Franchising QSR & Key Accounts. From August 2007 to December 2022, Bert worked at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. as Senior Director of Franchise Development, focusing on franchisee recruitment and business growth. Bert also served as the Regional Director at American Golf Corporation from 2005 to 2007, where significant revenue increases were achieved, and as District Vice President at RTM Arby's from 1995 to 2005. Bert co-owned nine Hot N Now Burger Restaurants from June 1991 to February 1994. Educationally, Bert holds an AA in Business from Phillips Graduate University, completed between 1990 and 1992.
