Jacob Lesser has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Jacob is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at EBPI since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineer at the same company from February 2021 to September 2022. Before joining EBPI, Jacob worked as a Senior Software Developer at Critigen from 2018 to January 2021. Jacob also founded their own company, Prusik Mapping, in 2015 where they were actively involved until January 2021. Jacob gained further experience as a Developer at Huxley Spatial Institute from April 2009 to December 2016. Jacob also contributed as a Physical Scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey from June 2011 to September 2012. Additionally, Jacob worked as an IT Consultant at Abracadabra from January 2009 to February 2012. Jacob started their career as a Water Quality Technician at Jefferson County Public Health in June 2010. Before that, Jacob served as a Marketing Assistant at Sodexo from June 2005 to June 2006. Jacob began working as a Web Coordinator at Jefferson Healthcare in June 2002, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of their internal and external websites, as well as hardware and software maintenance for multiple systems.
Jacob Lesser attended Western Washington University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Studies. Jacob continued their education at the same university from 2010 to 2016, achieving a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Geography.
