Elizabeth Alexander currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Jasper Therapeutics since October 2024. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Vice President of Clinical Research and Development at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., where responsibilities included oversight of the respiratory, translational, and immunology portfolio, as well as leading the COVID-19 clinical development program. At Nabriva Therapeutics plc, Elizabeth was the Senior Director of Clinical Development, leading the lefamulin development program and advising on publication and information strategy. Elizabeth also served as Director of Clinical Development in the Infectious Diseases Global Innovation Group at The Medicines Company, focusing on clinical trials across various phases. An academic background includes roles at Weill Cornell Medicine, where Elizabeth contributed to research in microbiology and infectious diseases. Academic qualifications include an MD from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College, a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University.
