Craig Sketchley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Craig is currently working as a Senior Software Development Manager at Jasper since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Founder & CTO of Outwrite (previously GradeProof) from July 2015 to November 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial journey, Craig worked as a Software Engineer at NICTA from November 2013 to December 2016. Craig also had a software engineer internship at NICTA from November 2013 to February 2014.

In 2014, Craig worked as an Introduction to Programming Tutor at the University of Sydney. Their responsibilities included tutoring students, planning and delivering technical content, and providing feedback on assessments.

Earlier in their career, Craig worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney from December 2012 to February 2013. Craig also gained teaching experience as a Secondary School Mathematics Teacher at Cardinal Newman Catholic School from September 2009 to August 2011.

Craig started their professional journey as a Snowboard Instructor at the American Association of Snowboard Instructors from 2002 to 2008.

Craig Sketchley completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Southampton, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further studies and received a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Mathematics, from the University of Sussex. This educational endeavor took place between 2008 and 2009. Finally, Craig completed their Bachelor of Computer Science & Technology (Advanced) degree in Computer Science at the University of Sydney, from 2012 to 2014.
