Basem Akram is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in construction operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Jasaf Building Technology since January 2021, Basem oversees multiple concurrent projects from design engagement through to execution and handover, also managing commercial responsibilities. As Project Delivery Manager at ARKITEKNIK INTERNATIONAL since October 2018, Basem leads the expansion of the Wafi Hotel Tower & Mall, overseeing the completion of a 50-story hotel tower featuring 400 rooms and 100 furnished apartments. Prior to these roles, Basem was a Construction Manager at BIC Contracting (Habtoor Leighton Group) from October 2004 to October 2018, where project highlights include the Emirates Flight Catering Project, focusing on engineering and construction management. Basem holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, earned between 1998 and 2003.
