Clive Webster serves as a Senior Associate at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 1979, Mr. Webster has been actively involved with the mechanical design for a wide variety of projects across multiple market sectors, including hospitality, residential, commercial office, and multi-use developments.

Mr. Webster was instrumental in the development of several large-scale hospitality projects, including the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, the Bahamas, and the Revel Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. He has worked on multiple developments in the financial sector, including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the Chase Trading Facility, Credit Suisse, Debevoise & Plimpton, and Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn offices in New York, NY. He has contributed to several high-rise commercial office projects, including 712 Fifth Avenue, 125 East 57th Street, and 875 Third Avenue in New York, NY.

Mr. Webster holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from the City University of New York.
