Edith Lai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Jardine Schindler Group since June 2019, Edith previously held the position of Assistant Group HR Manager in the same company. Prior to that, Edith worked at Neo Derm Group Limited as Assistant Manager, Human Resources Business Partner from February 2017 to April 2019, and at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited as Senior HR Officer from November 2012 to February 2017. Edith began the HR career as an HR Specialist at IBM China/Hong Kong Limited from June 2011 to November 2012. Edith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from City University of Hong Kong, completed in 2011.
