Vivian Ngan is currently serving as the Assistant eCommerce Manager at Jardine Restaurant Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the eCommerce calendar, launching impactful online sales campaigns that achieved 132% incremental sales versus targets, and managing budgetary aspects for sustainable growth. Previously, Vivian held various roles as a Corporate Management Trainee focused on eCommerce and operations at KFC Taiwan and KFC Hong Kong & Macau, and led a successful marketing campaign at Pizza Hut Hong Kong & Macau. Earlier experience includes positions in human resources at Link REIT and UNIQLO. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
