Henry Chung is the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Jarden. With extensive capital markets and M&A transaction experience, Henry has worked on notable transactions including Arvida, Oceania, My Food Bag, Contact Energy, Synlait Milk, Asset Plus, and Auckland International Airport. Prior to Jarden, Henry worked as a solicitor at Russell McVeagh, specializing in securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate advisory work. Henry holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of Auckland.
