Jessica Rojas

Financial Literacy Program Coordinator at JAPANESE COMMUNITY YOUTH COUNCIL

Jessica Rojas is an experienced professional in educational support and financial literacy, currently serving as the Financial Literacy Program Coordinator at JCYC since October 2020. Previously, Jessica worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Research on Educational Access & Leadership, where responsibilities included writing and reviewing annual reports to assess program outcomes. From August 2016 to July 2018, Jessica held the role of High School Senior Educational Advisor at JCYC, providing comprehensive college and career guidance to over 140 students. Jessica's early career includes positions such as Intern at Mission Graduates, Program Leader at Live Oak School, Research Assistant for TEAM, and Democracy Coach with Generation Citizen. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University in 2016.
