Olessia Skrla is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Marketing and Communications Manager at Janus Worldwide since April 2019, Olessia specializes in developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and leading a collaborative marketing team. Prior to this role, Olessia held various positions at 3M from May 2010 to February 2019, culminating in the position of Brand Owner's Development Specialist, where Olessia focused on fostering relationships with high-value partners and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles at 3M also included Business Development Specialist in the Electronics and Energy Business Group and Renewable Energy Division, focusing on portfolio management and innovative business models. Earlier positions included Brand Manager for VARTA at Spectrum Brands and Marketing Specialist roles at Autodistribution and Tecmolde Lda.
